2.	Documents to be enclosed to the application	:	Registration Certificate of the vehicle. Fitness Certificate. Proof of payment of tax for the current Quarter. Insurance Certificate.
3.	Fee to be paid	:	As prescribed under Rule 195 of TSMV Rules, 1989
4.	Manner of payment of Fee	:	Book slot online and pay the fee in Transport Department Portal Online Services
