2.	Documents to be enclosed to the application	:	Original Permit Registration Certificate. Insurance Certificate. Proof of payment of tax for the current Quarter. No objection certificate from the financier if the vehicle concerned is covered by HPA / Lease / Hypothecation. Payment of green tax wherever applicable.
3.	Fee to be paid	:	As prescribed under Rule 195 of TSMV Rules, 1989
4.	Manner of payment of Fee	:	Book slot online and pay the fee in Transport Department Portal Online Services
